> **Do I need the SDK?**

> No. Use the web wallet or browser extension. The SDK is for website developers.

> **Is Swap available on mainnet?**
>
> Wallet Swap is currently testnet only.

> **Why is the available balance lower than total holdings?**
>
> Funds may be pending, locked, or awaiting recovery. Token transfers may require BTC for fees.

> **Why does a connected website show another approval?**
>
> Connection, additional permissions, signatures, and transactions are separate approvals.

> **Why cannot a website detect the wallet?**
>
> Enable and unlock the extension, then refresh the website. Internal browser pages cannot receive the injected Provider.

> **Can I immediately retry a timed-out transfer?**
>
> Check activity and balances first. The transaction may already have been submitted.

> **What should I include in a bug report?**
>
> Wallet version, browser version, network, steps, and error text. Exclude passwords, recovery phrases, and private keys.
